Thank you for choosing Wavecross! We are committed to providing reliable and transparent logistics services to ensure your orders reach you smoothly. Please review the following details regarding our shipping and delivery policies:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Period: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
  • Delays: Orders may take longer to process during high-demand periods, due to inventory shortages, or if additional verification is required (e.g., address clarification). You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries (including Germany, France, Italy, and Spain). For a full list of eligible destinations, check the shipping options at checkout.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your address is ineligible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Common options include:

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail).
  • Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to update after shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We reserve the right to require a police report for stolen items.
  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for delivery delays or returned packages. A reshipping fee of $10 will apply if the package is returned to us.

6. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. Check with your local customs office for details.
  • Delays: International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
