Wavecross Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wavecross. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wavecross.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wavecross.com with photos/videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
