DELIVERY FOR HANDMADE ITEMS

At Zeekem, certain products are handmade to order. These items will always have “Handmade” in the product title for easy identification.

Because of the craftsmanship involved in handmade items, please note the following timelines:

• Production Time: Handmade items require up to 2 weeks for production.
  
• Shipping Time: Once production is complete, shipping takes approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
  
• Order Updates: You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
  
• Delays: During peak seasons or unforeseen supplier/holiday disruptions, slight delays may occur. We will always communicate with you promptly if this happens.

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
